Workplace Readiness Training
Course Description:
Through work readiness courses, NBK Consulting Group, LLC works to prepare the customer for the workforce through interactive teachings for all age groups. Areas of focus include: How to Find a Job, How to Write a Resume, Successful Interviewing, and Workplace Development.
How to Find a Job:
Learn basic tools to find and apply for a job.
How to Write a Resume:
Learn the skills necessary to develop a functional resume. In this training, you will receive feedback on your resume or receive assistance in writing your resume.
Successful Interviewing:
Learn the basics of the job interview process. Learn how to interview with confidence. Participate in mock interviews with staff and volunteers.
Workplace Development:
Once hired, learn how to keep your job longterm by developing a reputation centered on good work ethic and working in team environments. NBK Consulting, LLC will teach dress for success, effective communication skills, conflict resolution in the workplace, and workplace ethics.
